No. You pay once for 30, 90 or 365 days and nothing is charged again. Buying another pass before yours ends adds the days to it.
You go back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Saved strategies above 3 stay readable, Live connections above 1 are paused, and Strategy of the Week picks you made stay on your account.
